1. Introduction
Welcome to Yondo, a digital platform operated by Koodivärk OÜ, an Estonian private limited company. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Yondo website, mobile applications, and related services (“Services”). By using Yondo, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.
2. Description of the Service
Yondo is a mental well-being and therapist-matching platform that connects individuals and organizations with qualified mental health professionals. The Service may include:
- Tools to find and book therapy sessions online
- Resources and content about mental health and personal growth
- Features for enterprises to offer mental health benefits to employees
Yondo does not provide medical diagnosis or emergency mental health care. In case of a crisis, please contact your local emergency number or hotline.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Yondo. By using the Service, you confirm that:
- You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
- All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete
If you use Yondo on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it to these Terms.
4. Account Registration
Some features require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of these Terms
- Upload or share harmful, misleading, or inappropriate content
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform
- Collect or process others’ data without consent
Koodivärk OÜ reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.
6. Therapists and Service Providers
Therapists and professionals on Yondo are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Koodivärk OÜ. Yondo does not guarantee suitability, qualifications, or results. Users should verify credentials before booking.
7. Payments and Cancellations
All pricing and payment terms are displayed in the Service and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by third-party providers; Yondo does not store full card details.
Cancellation and refund rules may vary depending on the therapist or provider and are shown during booking.
8. Data Protection and Privacy
Yondo complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Estonian data protection laws. Your personal data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, software, and content on Yondo are owned by Koodivärk OÜ or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or reuse any part of the platform without prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Koodivärk OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any actions or omissions of therapists or users. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.
11. Termination
You may stop using Yondo at any time. Koodivärk OÜ may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or engage in harmful activity.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia and applicable European Union law. Disputes shall be resolved by the Harju County Court (Tallinn, Estonia), unless otherwise required by consumer law.
13. Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of Yondo means you accept the changes.
