About Us
Yondo is a mental well-being platform built to make psychological support accessible, personal, and trusted — for individuals, teams, and enterprises.
Founded in 🇪🇪 Estonia, Yondo combines clinical expertise, behavioral science, and modern technology to match people with the right therapist — not just the nearest one. Our goal is to become the leading digital infrastructure for mental health in Europe, starting with the Baltics and Nordic region.
Founders
Igor holds a Master’s degree in Law and brings strong expertise in digital regulation, ethics, and compliance. He ensures that Yondo operates fully in line with GDPR and European data protection standards — establishing the platform as a trustworthy player in the digital mental health space.
Nikolas has years of experience in software development, having contributed to several large-scale digital platforms. His focus is on scalable architecture, user experience, and data-driven personalization — making therapy more effective and measurable through technology.
Our Mission
To make mental health care a proactive, stigma-free part of everyday life — and to give both people and organizations the tools to thrive emotionally and professionally.
Our Values
Yondo stands for responsibility, transparency, and positive societal impact. We’re committed to building technology that respects privacy, promotes empathy, and empowers long-term well-being.
- Community impact: Partnering with therapists, NGOs, and enterprises to expand access to mental care in under-served groups.
 - Sustainability: Operating with an ESG-first mindset — carbon-neutral cloud, responsible AI usage, and ethical data practices.
 - Accountability: Every session, recommendation, and partnership reflects our duty to build trust in mental health.

Looking Ahead
Yondo is currently expanding its therapist network and preparing for B2B integrations with forward-thinking companies that invest in employee well-being. Our product roadmap includes AI-driven therapist matching, predictive analytics for engagement, and localized partnerships across Northern Europe.
We invite investors, clinicians, and organizations who share our vision to join us in redefining how mental health care is delivered and experienced.
